Haulotte Group | BilJax celebrated 50 years of an employee’s dedicated service with the company.

Paul Lovejoy, from Archbold, Ohio, achieved a milestone many people never reach. Lovejoy celebrated 50 years of service at the Haulotte Group | BilJax manufacturing facility in Archbold, Ohio. The manufacturer produces a line of premium scaffolding and aerial work platforms.

Lovejoy was hired Nov. 9, 1959, as a general laborer. He spent his first years as a member of the paint department. Since then, he has held numerous positions including shipping and receiving, scaffold and aerial work platform fabrication, and participated as a team leader. His experience has helped each department develop better practices, according to the company.

A company-wide party was held in honor of this momentous occasion. Lovejoy was given gifts from the company to show its appreciation of his dedication and service over the years. Fellow coworkers and friends also showed their thanks with personal gifts and words of appreciation. A personal message from Haulotte Group Headquarters in France was delivered by the Haulotte Group CEO, Alexandre Saubot. Saubot thanked Lovejoy for his loyalty and continued dedication to the growing company.

“Fifty years working and especially fifty years with the same company is a great achievement. Lovejoy’s dedication to our company and responsibilities should set an example for each of us,” said Saubot.

This is the most challenging time for this industry due to the economic conditions. Haulotte Group | BilJax has proclaimed its dedication to the customer and quality products.

“Customer loyalty is very important and our dedication to them should be our first priority,” said Saubot.
